Press Release
Melon Welcomes Allen Luo as Salesforce Solution Architect
Melon announced today that it has welcomed Allen Luo as a solution architect. Allen will bring his 11 years of experience as both a technical and solution architect across multiple industries — bolstering Melon’s ability to implement eCommerce solutions that translate to real business value.
Solution architecture is a critical position in the development of any organization's eCommerce system. It’s also an exceedingly rare skill. The role requires a complete technical understanding of eCommerce and all of its integrated solutions from a business perspective.
As our solution architect, Allen will engage directly with clients to understand their industry, their organizational processes, and their business needs. Once that’s achieved he will help Melon’s clients select a set of eCommerce solutions, understand why those solutions are worth investing in — and why they will deliver the specific business value the client is looking for.
Allen spent the first five years of his career as a technical architect across multiple industries before he started veering into solution architecture. He spent the last three years as a solution architect for Astound Commerce, where he implemented technical solutions that over-delivered on clients’ business goals time and time again.
“We are delighted to welcome Allen to the team,” said Ryan Nicholson, president of Melon. “On top of his extensive technical background and success as a solution architect, Allen places the same strong emphasis we do on generating real value for everyone we work with.”
"As a solution architect, my job is to be able to collaborate and connect with both technical and business stakeholders to provide a holistic solution that meets my client's needs. I'm excited to be joining Melon because it's filled with people who are just as passionate about building relationships and driving real results with clients. I love the collaborative and candid nature of the team, and I'm looking forward to bringing in my years of Salesforce experience and expertise to help Melon's practice further grow and thrive."
